Select "exercise" or "rest" for each day of the week. On your workout days, enter how many minutes you plan to exercise.

Select 'rest' or 'exercise' for each day of the week.

Your total exercise minutes for the week is automatically calculated and saved.

Our 7 day exercise planner is integrated with our Daily Log where you record how many minutes of activity you actually did each day. How Am I Doing interactive charts provide daily feedback to keep you motivated.

To find the exercise schedule, login then click "schedule" on the blue navigation bar. Manage your weekly workout schedule and click "save" when you are finished.

New 2008 Physical Activity Guidelines suggest 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes vigorous-intensity per week. Click here for more info.

Hi Niq, the key to losing weight is having a daily caloric deficit - expending more calories every day than you take in. Use our calorie meal plan links on the left panel and find a plan that matches your goals. 30 mins per day of your favorite aerobic exercise is good start. Read our article on target heart rate and make sure you get your heart rate up. Over time, you'll be able to increase your exercise intensity and duration and burn even more calories.
